Return Policy
We offer intimate products designed for personal use. Similar to how clothing retailers don’t accept returns on underwear, we only provide refunds for items that are faulty or damaged during shipping. This policy prioritizes your safety and ours.

To maintain strict health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns, even if a product is claimed to be unused. If your parcel is still in transit or has just arrived and the courier bag remains unopened, you can return the products for a credit voucher or refund. A 10% handling fee will apply to all returns.
